- We need your working drawings in pdf format. This will include:
- Floorplans
- Elevations
- Landscape plans
- Kitchen sections etc.
- The model will be colored in Grey, and 3 angles will be taken for you to choose. We can modify the model twice based on you feedback. If major structural changes require, an additional fees apply.
- Once approved, plants and landscaping will be added to image, normally in a day. At this stage, you have one chance to alter the image (landscaping only).
- A small size image and invoice will be sent to you. Once you are happy with the image and we received the payment. A 3000 px wide full size image will be sent to you.
(Dimensions must be noted in these drawings). For some complicated model, we will require DWG drawing.
Once we got everything required, you model should be ready in 2-3 days.
Once the angle has been chosen, you need to decide on the external color scheme and sky color (daylight or dusk). Image will be produced in 1-2 days for your perusal. If you are not happy with the image at this stage, we can alter it once for you.(No structural change allowed)
